UCB Unveils New Heritage Crossing Location

South Louisiana- Based Community Bank Unveils New Location in Heritage Crossing

United Community Bank (UCB), a community bank with an established footprint in South Louisiana, announced it will relocate its Main Street at Pelican Point branch to a new, full-service location at Heritage Crossing in Gonzales later this month.

The new branch will be conveniently located at 625 West Highway 30, Suite F Gonzales, offering enhanced accessibility for customers throughout Ascension Parish. After 17 years of serving the community at its Pelican Point location, the transition marks a strategic move to a more modern facility designed to improve the overall customer experience. The new branch will feature expanded capabilities, and a more efficient layout to better serve both personal and business banking needs. A key enhancement at the new location is the addition of a drive-up Interactive Teller Machine (ITM), allowing customers to complete full-service banking transactions from their vehicle with extended service hours beyond traditional lobby times.

While the location is changing, UCB emphasizes that its commitment to customers remains the same. Customers will continue to work with the same trusted local team, and all accounts, services, and access points will remain unchanged. “Our goal is to continuously evolve in ways that better serve our customers,” said Sonny Aldridge, CEO. “This relocation allows us to provide a more convenient and accessible banking experience while maintaining the relationship-focused service our customers expect.”

Heritage Crossing

With five locations throughout the Greater Baton Rouge area, UCB remains focused on relationship-driven banking, where local decision-making and personal service are at the center of every customer interaction. UCB anticipates its final day of operation at the Pelican Point location will be May 13th, with the new Heritage Crossing branch expected to open May 19th. Plans to host a grand opening celebration at the new location later this year will follow in the coming months.
