Strengthening Our Greater Baton Rouge Team
UCB recently welcomed Michael Matthis, Senior Vice President, Commercial Lending Officer, and Felecia Hambrick, Assistant Vice President, Commercial Relationship Manager, to its Bluebonnet location.
Michael brings extensive commercial banking experience and a relationship-focused approach to serving businesses throughout the Greater Baton Rouge area. He was drawn to UCB’s community banking model, where local decision-making and personalized service allow bankers to better understand and respond to the needs of their customers.
Working alongside Michael, Felecia brings more than a decade of experience in commercial banking, loan operations and executive support. Together, they add experience and depth to UCB’s commercial banking team while providing businesses with a local team focused on building lasting relationships.
UCB currently serves the Greater Baton Rouge area through five locations, providing personal and business banking services throughout the market.

UCB’s growth also extends to the Northshore, where Scott Krieger, Senior Vice President, Commercial Lending Officer, serves businesses from the bank’s recently opened Loan Production Office in Mandeville.
With 30 years of experience in commercial banking and financial consulting, Scott brings extensive knowledge of the Northshore market and a strong understanding of the businesses and industries that contribute to the region’s economy.
The Mandeville office represents another step in UCB’s continued investment in communities across South Louisiana, providing businesses on the Northshore with greater access to experienced local bankers and UCB’s relationship-focused approach to commercial banking.
