To Retrieve 2023 Tax Documentation from your Online Banking Account:

• In order to retrieve tax documents, you must be the person whose social security number the interest is reported. For example, if the account is a joint account and the interest is reported in 'John's' name, then John must be logged in to online banking in order to retrieve the tax documentation.
• Once logged into the system, select the account the Tax Document was generated for. (DDA, SAV, CD, IRA or Loan). Once the account has been selected, click the 'Documents' button. Open the drop down to select the document type. Once selected, click 'submit'. Then click the link for the document.
