Applications made simple!

Our application process is quick, simple and streamlined. When you apply for a mortgage, your loan officer will ask you for information to determine your loan eligibility. Some of the information you'll need to provide include:

  • Two months current bank statements
  • Two current paystubs along with last year W-2
  • Self-employed will require two years personal and business returns
  • Form of Photo ID

You'll sign authorizations to allow us to verify your income and bank accounts, and to obtain a copy of your credit report. If you've already made an offer on a home, you'll need to provide a purchase contract and a receipt for any good-faith deposit that you might have given the seller.
