History and Mission Statement
In 1998, residents of Ascension Parish and surrounding areas strongly expressed their need for a Community Bank. United Community Bank, locally owned, directed, managed and staffed is the answer to that need. United Community Bank provides personal service and quick decisions by local people who live, work and worship in Ascension and East Baton Rouge Parishes. We are also involved in numerous civic and cultural activities. We believe involvement within the community is the best way to show our appreciation for your support of United Community Bank.
